Installation

Installation fees and requirements vary by plan. Free installation available on select plans.

Service Availability

Service availability depends on location and infrastructure. We will confirm availability before installation.

Payment Terms

  • Monthly fees are due in advance
  • Late payment charges may apply
  • Service may be suspended for non-payment
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

Uptime Guarantee

99.9% network uptime guarantee with service credits for downtime exceeding 0.1%

24/7 technical support available via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages. Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control are not covered.
